ABOUT US
Her journey into advocacy and support work was deeply personal. As a mother of three autistic and ADHD children, she spent decades ensuring they had the tools, support, and encouragement to navigate a world that wasn’t always built for them. Through firsthand experience, she learned the importance of compassionate, judgment-free support, not just for neurodivergent individuals but for anyone struggling with mental health challenges.
What began as a personal mission soon transformed into a global initiative. Seeing the overwhelming need for accessible, stigma-free mental health support, Lorelei founded Mental Health Info & Support Groups, a 100% volunteer-run, online global network that provides free, inclusive peer support to individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, loneliness, and more.
Our virtual support groups bring together people from around the world
in a safe, welcoming space, no matter where they live. Through live
online meetings, moderated discussions, and community-driven engagement,
we offer meaningful connection, shared experiences, and real support
from those who truly understand. These groups are available 24/7,
ensuring that no matter your time zone or personal schedule, support is
just a click away.
Because we operate entirely online, our groups
are barrier-free—you don’t need to travel, pay membership fees, or
worry about fitting in. Whether you’re looking for guidance, a place to
share your story, or simply to listen and learn from others, you are
welcome here. Our mission is to ensure that no one ever feels alone,
unheard, or unsupported, no matter where they are in the world.
But Lorelei’s work doesn’t stop there. She is also the founder of MindBusiness Hub, a platform designed to empower individuals through education and entrepreneurship. Here, she teaches online business skills, nonprofit management, and social media strategies, helping others turn their passions into purpose-driven careers. She believes that financial independence and professional fulfillment are vital parts of mental wellness and is dedicated to providing resources that help people succeed.

At the heart of everything she does is a deep commitment to kindness, inclusivity, and second chances. She understands that healing is not a linear journey, and growth takes time—but with the right support system, anyone can find hope and strength.
Mental Health Info & Support Groups is more than just an organization; it’s a movement—one that is breaking down stigma, providing real solutions, and ensuring that no one feels alone in their struggles. Whether you’re here to seek support, learn new skills, or contribute as a volunteer, you are a valued part of this mission.
